Mimiwati Zahari

FRCS (Edin), MMed (Ophthal) (Sing), M.Ophthal (UM), MBBS (UM)

Associate Professor Dr Mimiwati Zahari specialises in glaucoma and cataract and is affiliated to various national and international professional bodies including the Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology, and the Asian Angle Closure Glaucoma Club. Her work is regularly published in academic journals, the latest being the Asia Pacific Journal of Public Health and Advance Online Publication. She was awarded the Excellent Service Certificate twice and received the Excellent Service Award bestowed by the University of Malaya in 2009. She often present and speaks with regards to her areas of expertise. She contributes to the society through the Malaysian Glaucoma Society in which she plays the role of an advisor.
